What Dr. Indman's Patients Say

Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) is a common problem for women.  The worst cases of excessive menstrual bleeding can cause severe anemia and even require blood transfusions.  Many women with milder forms needlessly allow their lives to be controlled by heavy menstrual bleeding because they are not aware of medical advances that often allow quick and easy treatment.

A personal note...

Dear Reader,

I have written this site in order to help women understand heavy menstrual bleeding, and to take control of their lives.  Since introducing endometrial ablation to Northern California in 1985, I have had extensive experience in performing, doing research on, and teaching hysteroscopy and endometrial ablation.  I am excited about the Novasure System, and feel that it may improve the lives of many women.

I am hoping that after reading this site you will have a better understanding of heavy menstrual bleeding, and of endometrial ablation.  And of course, if you would like a personal consultation, I am always happy to see new patients.

Sincerely,

Paul D. Indman, M.D.
